hello @brunohjs …can you help me give me some idea how to code this…i want to perform a custom action where a user asks for a drug description the the bot gives him the description by taking the name of the drug form the user,am kind of thinking to create a csv file where it has the drug name and its discription…and i want to query from the csv file and display it to the user…am kind of lost here can you show me how i can do that?

You'll see how CSV files work, learn the all-important "csv" library built into Python, and see how CSV parsing works using the "pandas" library. In particular, I would use a .json file because of its structure {"key": "value"}, in this case {"drug name": "drug description"}, but it is subjective. I hope this helps you :smiley:

It is not possible to use colored text in the rasa shell. I don’t know if it’s possible to do this on a channel, maybe on website.
