no, we were trying to make the output in the same bubble not in different bubble  and loop back to the first out put

understood… on other channels, like Telegram and Shell, it works. However, in this channel, I don’t know how to solve this problem, maybe use the parameter json_message instead of text. You will have to test

@brunohjs I think the wedge is the problem…I download it from github… can you recommend me another attractive chatbot UI wedge for rasa…I searched and found this webchat UI for rasa it looks nice but huhhhhh

I only know this connector that is on the Rasa documentation (link). But I know very little about it. I need to study more about it.

@brunohjs u know too much …the chatbot wedge is a piece of work for u am sure

hello @brunohjs…can you help me give me some idea how to code this…i want to perform a custom action where a user asks for a drug description the the bot gives him the description by taking the name of the drug form the user,am kind of thinking to create a csv file where it has the drug name and its discription…and i want to query from the csv file and display it to the user…am kind of lost here can you show me how i can do that?

Hi @faiza_conte! Use .csv file is a good idea. To work with .csv files in python, you need to use the csv lib. This tutorial can help you: [image] Reading and Writing CSV Files in Python – Real Python Learn how to read, process, and parse CSV from text files using Python. You'll see how CSV files work, learn the all-important "csv" library built into Python, and see how CSV parsing works using the "pandas" library. In particular, I would use a .json file because of its structure {"key": "value"}, in this case {"drug name": "drug description"}, but it is subjective. I hope this helps you

@brunohjs…can you solve this for me if u can…can a python string that is colored be printed in rasa,i tried but it only prints in the cusom action terminal [Screenshot (361)] [Screenshot (362)]

It is not possible to use colored text in the rasa shell. I don’t know if it’s possible to do this on a channel, maybe on website.
