Action_weather not working in Rasa-X

I am trying to build a weather chatbot and I am facing the issue of actions not working in Rasa-X. It works perfect with rasa shell. can anyone help please?

When i run docker-compose logs , I get following error:

ERROR: Couldn’t connect to Docker daemon at http+docker://localhost - is it running? If it’s at a non-standard location, specify the URL with the DOCKER_HOST environment variable.

Hi @ishanarya14, how did you deploy Rasa X? Is your action server part of the same docker-compose file?
