Issue Sometimes, synchronisation between Rasa X and Bitbucket fails. Although Rasa x signals changes (orange) and the “add changes to Git server” and “Disgard changes” are activated, no synchronisation is possible, neither adding nor regarding.
Happens when there are only changes in Rasa X as well as when there are pending Rasa X and BB changes to be synchronised (merging, either conflicts or not)
Not clear what user-tasks causes the error Can’t find warning or error neither from Bitbucket nor from Rasa X
Workarround
- Downscaling and upscaling Pods.
- Re-install, also deleting the PVCs. This is the unwanted option, because we lost data that’s not under version controll (inboxes, annotations)
