Hi everyone , This is Murugan , i facing error in my python idle , currently i working RASA chatbot on jupyter notebook …its working good , now i need to transform into my python IDLE , its sows error : ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found. You have a problem with httptools. It’s really common. First install the latest visual studio comunity 2019. Then modify it and install the next: MSVC v142 - VS 2019 C++ x64/x86 build tools (v14.23) Windows 10 SDK (10.0.18362.0) Windows Universal CRT SDK
