Connect bot for customer service

I use rasa to power a telegram chatbot and want to start deploying it for customer service. What is the best way to start integrating it with a CRM?

In the past, we’ve used Front App to stay in touch with customers but am open to others that are RASA friendly. Perhaps Zendesk?

I didnt see any documentation on deploying the bots within these CRMS and would like links to instructions or case studies. Thank you!

Hi @travelmail26. You can integrate Rasa with any CRM. Using custom actions, you can connect to Front App API, Zendesk API, Salesforce API, etc. You can also create your own custom channel. However, what you will want to do depends on this question: what do you want to use the CRM for?
