Hey everyone!

Iḿ trying to create a bot that helps you teaching you how to do different relaxation techniques.

For that reason I need to implement some type of pause, for example:

  • bot: close your eyes during 1 minute.
  • ( 1 minute later)
  • bot: now you can open your eyes

Anyone has an idea on how to do it? Thanks
