Hello,
I’m trying to connect my bot to telegram; I have followed the master class but in my logs I receive this error : “telegram.error.RetryAfter: Flood control exceeded. Retry in 1 second”. My credentials file is correct and everything works perfectly on rasa x and also when I deploy it on HTML web page. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
