Running Rasa on docker

I am trying to run rasa on docker and having difficulty. I am referring -

but still it’s not working. Does anyone has any experience in doing this?

Even before I start there - I need to set up Docker with python, C++ Compiler and then rasa. Would you mind helping me here please?

Well depending on where you are installing Docker they have instructions already defined at Docker Engine overview | Docker Documentation, what specific issue have you had getting Docker installed?
