Hi everyone, I’m very new to rasa open source and I am learning from this example on github (rasa/examples/formbot at main · RasaHQ/rasa · GitHub). Even I comment the rules, I have the same result when I uncomment it (like image i attach) So can you please explain the difference when there are rules and no rules in the image bellow? Thanks in advance.

The rules focus on getting into and completing the form whereas the stories are intended to handled out of context or context switching within the conversation. (Note the intent: stop and follow-up affirm or deny.
We also have a more complete example bot, the financial-demo bot.
