I want the ability to have a rule that would be activated even when i am inside of a form. I realized that rules dont work when im in a form path. anyone know how?
They used to work in the old Rasa 1.x. I searched for this topic after I witnessed that my custom actions that previously were “triggered” in Rasa 1.x no longer worked when triggered in a form using the “Rules” framework in Rasa 2.x.
Rasa staff, can you confirm that this is correct? Is there any way to trigger actions inside of a form from custom actions tied to intents not inside the form?
