Rasa x run issue

Hi,

Following is my rasa version,

Rasa Version : 2.8.2

Minimum Compatible Version: 2.8.0

Rasa SDK Version : 2.8.2

Rasa X Version : 0.39.3

Python Version : 3.8.19

Operating System : Windows-10-10.0.19045-SP0

When running rasa x, I encountered the following issue:
