Rasa x installation error-no solution found

Hi, I have installed rasa x and when I run rasa x command it gives the following error: Error:

my virtual environment has following installation. Rasa Version : 2.6.2 Minimum Compatible Version: 2.6.0 Rasa SDK Version : 2.6.0 Rasa X Version : 0.41.1 Python Version : 3.7.6 Operating System : Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 Python Path : c:\users\mcc1089\anaconda3\envs\chatbot_venv\python.exe

I would really be grateful if anyone could provide solutions to it.

@Krishnasubedi Hello, can you please share the screenshot rasa --version you are using for installation?

Here are the details: Rasa Version : 2.6.2 Minimum Compatible Version: 2.6.0 Rasa SDK Version : 2.6.0 Rasa X Version : 0.41.1 Python Version : 3.7.6 Operating System : Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 Python Path : c:\users\mcc1089\anaconda3\envs\chatbot_venv\python.exe

I think for this configuration, rasa x version should be : 0.40.0 as it is mentioned in versioning in rasa x documentation.

One more question: Do we need to create project folder (where rasa init command creates default stuff) in side virtual environment? for example: my virtual environment(anaconda) is located in C:\User\user\anaconda3\envs\name_of_venv

so does it necessary to create a project folder inside [C:\User\user\anaconda3\envs\name_of_venv] like [C:\User\user\anaconda3\envs\name_of_venv\support_bot] or I can have project folder any other location like d:\support_bot? Seems like silly question, I tried a lot installing rasa x , It’s gets installed but while running gives the similar kind of error posted in earlier post.

can you please confirm two things, 1. are you able to install and chat with your bot? and 2. what is the configuration combination you have used for rasa and rasa installation if its install and running ?
