Hello,
when trying to visualize my stories via rasa visualize , the code runs without any error messages, then saving (and opening) an empty result file.
Naming of the files follows standard patterns; passing the names directly doesn’t change anything.
Any help would be appreciated

Have you opened the new file generated?

It shows an empty file only with Firefox, with Edge it works - that a standard browser couldn’t open an html file I did not assume and test for initially.

You are welcome
Normally it should work with firefox
