Hello Community, I have a quick question about conversation tracking. My bot is running normally on my Facebook page, everything is fine, conversations are saved in the tracker store. But when I write directly in the chat via fb messenger, the text input from me, is not saved. Only the text input from the bot or the external client/user is saved. How can I save everything in the tracker store? Thanks a lot and best regards Marcel
I think you can’t because you are talking to user directly, without using rasa channel This message is not from Rasa
Maybe you will can try build some system using facebook custom connector but i’m not sure this will work
