I was getting this error using forms and I tried it also with this example formbot
I haven’t changed anything from the example. Why is this error happening? What can do to fix it?
The error is normal, it just lets you know that it couldn’t fill the required slot with the input provided by the user. Don’t worry about it.

Like the other user has said, just add more training data for that entity in your nlu.md file, for it to be able to pick it on later.
