"rasa run" is giving ruamel.yaml.constructor.DuplicateKeyError

There is a new error coming now after integration with slack :slack.errors.SlackApiError: The request to the Slack API failed. The server responded with: {‘ok’: False, ‘error’: ‘missing_scope’, ‘needed’: ‘chat:write:user’, ‘provided’: ‘incoming-webhook,im:history,channels:history,groups:history,mpim:history’}

what about the credentials rasa entry , will that remain or need to take it out ?
