Yes please send a screenshot. I think you probably didn’t indent the code correctly.
By the way I want you to learn and understand my code and the differences with yours and what you did wrong. It will greatly help you in the future, as well as understanding error in the logs.
Hi @ChrisRahme I just saw the indentation error in my code thanks for the much needed advice , but there is a problem which is that there is no error in the rasa action server and in the rasa shell there is a timeout error
