i’ve read about rasa core documentation https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/core/about/# and found “it uses a machine learning model”. Could you explain about machine learning model used by Rasa ?

I recommend you start by checking out the Rasa Masterclass videos. They give a great introduction into the machine learning methods used in both the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) module and the Dialog Management module.
