RASA error "ActionNotFoundException: Cannot access action 'action_facility_search', as that name is not a registered action for this domain"

I am trying to follow the RASA Masterclass tutorial with RASA 2.0. And I’m keep getting the error “ActionNotFoundException: Cannot access action ‘action_facility_search’, as that name is not a registered action for this domain”. There were other issues previously since some of the features of the RASA version used in tutorial is old. But I solved those issues. I don’t know whether this is same case.

Did you add the action to the domain.yml file? I think it will work doing that: image

Hello @sathsaraRasantha , I have the same issue but the difference is that the action is already added in the domain.yml under the actions section. Any suggestions?

I HAVE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM

i am working with rasa’s retail-demo repo. It worked fine few weeks back. There were actions added and i started getting this error even if all actions were present in the domain file.

Same here, I have added all the actions in the domain.yml file but still getting the same error again and again can anyone answer that
