Not performing the default action correctly

Hey guys!! Need serious help, I’m developing the contextual AI bot but I’m facing the issue when I asked the question randomly which I did’nt specified in my intents it gives me random answers instead of giving default(utter_default action) reply.here my bot conversation and all my necessary code files result stories nlu_data

Hi @Malik! Looks like you’re missing your thresholds in the config.yaml. For example:

  - name: "FallbackPolicy"
    nlu_threshold: 0.4
    core_threshold: 0.3
    fallback_action_name: "action_default_fallback"

Try running rasa with --debug… This will show additional information on how Rasa is deciding what to show. Try again and post the results here, please

can’t get it, can you please tell me the whole command to run on the terminal and by the way i’m using conda terminal

I’ve never used conda terminal. Are you using Windows?

From the command line, it’s rasa shell --debug

Add any other options you’re using (like --endpoints) afterwards.
