when running the comparison of different pipeline configurations out of a folder, as laid out here, the following error occurs at the end:
This error occured when comparing two pipelines, but also when comparing 6.
The file results (.json) are all saved correctly, if I remember their format correctly.
Any help would be appreciated - I have to compare quite a bit of different pipelines, and this is one of the final blocks in my thesis.

Update: It seems to work seamlessly when only one run is performed, the standard setting of 3 runs throws the error however (and also fits the missmatch of the factor 3 between shapes).
