Does Rasa Open Source V3 has a Multilingual option similar to the older versions or is there any change available. If so could you pls provide the link where i can find the reference for it?

There are no changes related to multi-lingual bot support between the versions. Not sure what option you are referring to.

RASA doesn’t give out of box multilingual support. But you can do that using config.yml and writing your own pipelines.
We did something similar using transformers and RASA. You can check the video here. Code is not open sourced.
