Hi, I’m a beginner for chatbot area. And was thinking is it possible to build a Chatbot with a knowledge base model, where the facts are stored in the knowledge model and the data is retrieved from some mechanism. In that case, I can use both Rasa NLU & Core? And are there any existing solutions or any guides to connect with a knowledge model? Thank You

Yes, you should use both Rasa NLU and Core. Rasa NLU for NLP operation and Core for making decisions after recognising user’s intent. May be this link can help you. Rasa Quick start Guide
