Hey Community!, I am so stuck while fetching the entities in rasa 2.0. as for the ones which I have already defined in the nlu , it is okay but for the new ones it is not recognizing them as entity. please help…

Can you please share your NLU pipeline config, as well as the output of rasa --version and maybe parts of your NLU training data? If you use the DIETClassifier, you can potentially have Rasa recognize entities by their surrounding words, but you have to provide enough (at least 10+) training examples for this.
