Issue with Slack buttons

Hi everyone!

Currently I’m connecting a chatbot to slack. Sadly the buttons are not working as wanted. They only work if i type /option_1 for choosing option one at the first question. After that the buttons are working as expected.

Does someone have a clue where the problem could be?
