Hi All, Need Your Help… , I want to hit an API on a particular action[Response] while conversation[through Utter Response], In this i want to pass user_info which is taking care by DB. So Question 1 is :- is this Possible^ ? If Yes then How should i approach this ? Question 2 :- If No , then any alternative approach ?

You may create a form and give custom action on what information to store. Check out the rasa offcial documentation on Action Tacker Store and DB connection
