You can read about 2.0 form validation in the docs here. The submit is now done via the rule.

cant i use the submit function anymore or it is also changed to rules the we can also use rules??

Yes, you would create a “submit” custom action. Here’s an example in our financial bot. Look at this rule and you see that it calls action_transfer_money when the form is complete. This action runs the code that was done under the 1.0 form submit call.

And you can see the custom action here which reads the slots and performs the action.
