How to use confidence_score of intents in code?

@Shakirsadiq6 can you elaborate more about your use case? and are you able to get the confidence score of the intent?

Here’s some custom action code that looks this up in the tracker.

I created a voice bot for shoe store, now I want my bot to reply to those intents only which are mentioned in the nlu.yml file for rest i will use a single action like “Sorry I didn’t get it”
