Hi all, how can build new Featurizer in rasa 2.8.

@nik202 because list Featurizers of rasa now improper with my pretrain model

Well personally, I never created or intended to create a Featurizers, but please see this link : https://github.com/RasaHQ/rasa-custom-spelling-featurizer may be this will give you some idea behind own custom Featurizers.
