How to create Input and Output channel for request and response through own private server in Rasa

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me to create custom I/O channel for sending custom nlu data to rasa server and train the custom nlu data using rasa model and wants the same rasa trained model in response through same custom output channel.

Welcome Vishnu,

A custom channel is not required for custom NLU data. All NLU data is essentially custom based on your requirements.

You should take a look at the Masterclass videos and the Rasa Basics Tutorial.

I believe you have to get some approval from WhatsApp. There’s a post on our forum here. You may also want to look at our Twilio channel and connect to WhatsApp via their integration.
