@forwitai …I have used separately a data with machine learning …I just used a little conversation data of mine in rasa and a dieases prediction using machine learning using rasa custom action by passing a slot using formaction…that’s could also be another choice to go with healthcare …then u can do a survey from the predicted dieases from the data when a patient visit the chatbot again
