How to chose Tracker Featurizers

Hi,

I saw on the documentation page about Featurizer that two featurizers exist :

  1. FullDialogueTrackerFeaturizer
  2. MaxHistoryTrackerFeaturizer

I have two questions :

  • Which one is the default one ?
  • How to change the Rasa Core configuration to select one of them ?
