Good results in rasa shell nlu but poor bot dialogue experience

Hi everyone !

I configured two intents with their respective entities in nlu.md

When I run the command rasa shell nlu I get excellent prediction results in terms of intents and and entity classification. But when I want to test the dialogue flow and interact with the bot I get very dissapointing returns. For example it always runs utter_listen when he should be answering me something instead.

Is this due to my story configuration ? Is this in link with the intent data ? Has anyone experienced something similar ?

Definitely sounds like a problem with the story training data. Try out rasa interactive in a console to not only inspect your bot’s decision making but also correct it interactively.
