Error when running rasa form

i got these errors when the bot reach calling the formaction phase (cant execute the form) any help !

PS: i can provide other information about code if needed

@ygg_drasil, try change “Action” for “FormAction” in the “class ClientForm(Action)”. If you still have problems let me know
