Hi I am new to rasa I want to add a form in my action .py file and want to put some validation on slots but getting this error

My action file is actions.py (4.8 KB)

My Domain file domain.yml (2.3 KB) and my stories are stories.yml (3.4 KB) My nlu is there nlu.yml (3.4 KB)

Please help me to resolve this issue
