So the solution is, we can’t add the identical story in both stories.yml and rules.yml. Double sure using rasa test command.

And do check the in influence_conversation value which we are setting up for slots in config.yml file. If influence_conversation = false then stories action can’t change.

So in my case, i have made the influence_conversation = false but the slot actions was different for different stories so the model was getting confused, hence i have altered the value of influence_conversation = true.
