DEBUG rasa.core.lock_store - Failed to acquire lock for conversation ID

Hi Team,

I am using rasa 1.7.2 and getting below error when hosted on the clod. DEBUG rasa.core.lock_store - Failed to acquire lock for conversation ID

My requirement text details are as below

rasa==1.7.2 spacy==2.2.3 pymssql==2.1.4

please let me know how to how to resolve this issue

Hey @rtogari7, sorry for the late reply. Are you experiencing any issues with the behaviour of the bot? It could just be that the conversation ID doesn’t exist yet and so there is no lock, which shouldn’t be a problem
