Custom Component Error

I tried to replicate this tutorial How to Enhance Rasa NLU Models with Custom Components | Rasa Blog | The Rasa Blog | Rasa with SentimentAnalyzer class in my project directory. I am using Docker and tried to set the path inside the docker but i am facing an error, Screen shot is attached. Thanks
