Connecting 2 RASA chatbots

Hi everyone,

I have created 2 chatbots using RASA framework.

Chatbot 1 (Main bot) : Bot related with the products and Services (RASA 3.0)

Chatbot 2: Bot related with Careers (RASA 2.0)

I’m looking for a method to connect these 2 chatbots together.

When the questions related to careers are asked, the chatbot 2 should be functioned and in not chatbot1 should function.

Looking for a method to implement this.

Please give me your suggestions if any.

The recommended approach is for your frontend to switch between the bots in this situation. There’s a discussion of human handoff this is related to your question. The Financial Demo is a working example of what you should do. It switches between two Rasa bots.
