Chatbot conversation on redis

hello,

stored rasa chatbot conversation on redis, data stored successfully,

but it not stored in proper format, and stored with some hex values with original values so unable to readable. example: 00\x00y\x00\x00\x00o\x00\x00\x00u\x00\x00\x00r\xd7\x01\x00\x00\x86r\xd8\x01\x00\x00Rr\xd9\x01\x00\x00jc\x

so can you please let us know how can we fix it or way to store only real values of conversation only.

Mhm, that’s cause the conversation is stored in a binary format. Created an issue for it here: RedisTrackerStore save data in non-binary format · Issue #3925 · RasaHQ/rasa · GitHub
