Chat response from yammer or from cms

Hi Team,

My requirement is to fetch the yammer thread and show it to user , based on their queries. we have dedicated yammer group in organization and many threads have the tags (for ex: #error in connection and #jenkins),

After finding an intent , i can present them the yammer link. should implement custom action or NLG ?

A custom action would be best for this. There’s a good example in the medicare_locator bot here
