Change of story

I have this Q&A scenario where I created a few stories, one for each question (with a few variations) and one answer.

I am having issues when the users ask Q1 and get the proper answer then they ask Q2 and while I can see that the right intent was detected it’s failing to jump into the relevant story and sends the default ‘I can’t understand’ message.

What can I do? I can’t make stories where the question is asked and answered again and again in multiple variations or should I?

My settings are:

- name: FallbackPolicy
   nlu_threshold: 0.4
   core_threshold: 0.3
   fallback_action_name: action_default_fallback

Do I need to tweak those?

Mmm, can you share your stories? Seems like you probably have a story for each one, but not a story where one comes after the other. If you don’t want to do that because the order doesn’t really matter, the best way would probably be to use the AugmentedMemoizationPolicy instead of the MemoizationPolicy.

You are right. I don’t have a story where one comes after another. I will experiment more with AugmentedMemoizationPolicy
