Cancelling existing reminders and adding new reminder in one action

Hello,

Is it possible, within one action, to return both ReminderCancelled and a new reminder? I would expect that, if returned in that order, the second reminder would still work. However, it isn’t. Does the reminder cancellation somehow look at all the events in the tracker at the moment the action is done (thus canceling the new reminder as well)?
