I’m creating a chatbot for a Facebook Page using Rasa and I wanted to include a feature wherein the chatbot will send mass messages like announcements to people who have interacted with the chatbot. I was wondering if this would be possible with Rasa and if so, what’s the maximum number of people to send to or maximum number of messages? Would it only send messages to people who recently interacted with the chatbot (like within 24hrs) or can we disregard if they interacted with the chatbot at all?

I have personally not implemented using Facebook, but these are the resources that will help you to send messages or email to any user information you have collected or stored. You can write the custom message to fetch all stored user information from database and send them bulk messages.

I never experimented with numbers to people we can send but you can try.
If you have the user details such as mobile or email id who interacted with the chatbot, then you can easily send the mass messages.

Hello! Sometimes it’s not safe to use bots because Facebook can block you. I advise using a proven software called cucomm. I use it to automatically send messages to users. The most important thing is that Facebook doesn’t consider this a program and won’t block you. It’s simple, convenient, and saves time.
