Can we put text box or text area inside chat bot

Hi I’m trying to collect user feed back, my rasa chat bot is restricted to free text, however to collect the feedback from user i want insert a text box/ text area inside the chat box.

is this possible in Rasa chat bot. I’m using react for frontend design. if this possible examples will be helpful

Hi Prasad, did you get any solution for this? I am also trying to do a similar task. I need user to enter name in a text box in the chatbot.
