Yes @renhang123 . It can be customized like any other channel the rasa supports. Till now, I have customised rest, slack, callback, twilio and socket.io chennels.

But I don’t know how to get the current tracker_store in socket. io channel, because I need more data than just text information, do you have any ideas?
