How to upload attachments through a button in rasa chat-widget.

@rctatman can you please help. I have the same query

Same here facing troubles while doing it no code is available on internet

You can try to do it through custom actions for it [image] RASA Attachments Rasa Open Source Hi All, In my use case I have to send an attachment to an API. Lets take example Bot : Do you have template User : Yes Bot : Please provide a template User: Upload the template of a file. After this bot has to perform an action to perform a POST request sending the attachment. Can anyone help how to handle this . I am not able to understand how rasa_nlu is going to treat this attachment. Thanks, [image] Send files to bot Rasa Open Source You can put the files in S3 or NFS like that and send the link/bool to rasa core that perceives that it has received a file. another option would be to store the byte stream in the tracker itself though I am not sure it is a good idea. All you need is some sort of indicator that you provide to the bot that you have received a file, unless you want the NLU to parse the file itself for information but that also you should do with a different API, bot should process relevant natural text or slots… Please refer it. Hope it helps @Ayantika1 You can mark it as answer if you feel this helps.

Can you help me out with the code…

@JiteshGaikwad please see if you can help. @Ayantika1
