Amazon Alexa integration and using Rasa as an advice engine

Hi, I’m new to Rasa and develop Amazon Alexa skills. I wanted to see if Rasa was appropriate for the following use case:

  1. User says something to Alexa like “I can see you’re upset” and I wanted to run some ML to offer suggestions on what to say. So I would group what I would expect from the users and then respond with a number of responses. Does this hit he mark for Rasa to help with?
