Hello every one , i’m trying to understand the overridden action_session_start , when we run rasa shell , does the session start after the user types something ?if so this leads to the appearance of any dispatched messages after the user’s input , is there anyway by which the dispatcher.utter_message() can be applied before user’s input ?
